Yiannis born in 1995 in Athens, is a passionate and hardworking individual with more than 8 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant sector. Yiannis’s culinary journey began at an early age in his Grandma’s Kitchen. With a solid foundation of four years in the yachting industry, he has honed his skills as Cook in Athens, Germany and Greek islands as Paros, Kea, Ios, Rhodes. After holidays with his company on a sailboat he decided to change his career on the sea. 

Yiannis eagerly anticipates welcoming guests on board Spirit L and sharing his culinary expertise, particularly in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Fluent in both Greek and English, Yiannis brings not only culinary excellence but also effective communication skills to enhance the overall experience for everyone on board.
